I had a wonderful hiking in Yankee Springs Recreation Area on the side of Gun Lake in Michigan this past Saturday. There were a lot cross-country skiers there. So I tried not to disseminate their trails with my boots, but I wasn't too successful.
At the top of Graves Hill I could see all the way to Gun Lake and WAY beyond. It was wonderful!
I also used my new sunglasses. I can change the lens according to the weather and what I'm doing. I put in the orange lenses so they let more light through than the darker lenses. They were wonderful! The orange tint took made everything appear more alive my making it greener, and taking away the blue tint from the snow. Try it some time.
